Individual Counseling

So, you may be asking yourself the question about how we, Sally and John, can be helpful to you with the problems you are facing in your life, even though it may not have anything to do with a marriage or relationships.

At our office, about half of our clients are individuals who are facing many different problems in their lives.

Ask yourself the following questions to see if we might fit for you.
  • Are you unhappy with the direction that your life is taking right now … and might not know what to do to change the direction?
  • Is worry a problem for you … leaving you feeling anxious or depressed a great deal of time, ruminating on thoughts that stress you and for which you have not been able to find answers?
  • Are you struggling with questions or feelings that perplex you about relationships … with your spouse, children, grandchildren, family or friends?
  • Are you troubled by loneliness or sadness and not sure how to change things around and bring more happiness to your life?
  • Are childhood memories or messages bothering you and keeping you from experiencing the happiness that you want in your life?
  • You may know that it is hard to change another person … but there are ways to change the way you react or respond to them, act around them or think about them. Through individual counseling, we can help you figure out the best ways for you to manage these problems.

There are also often things that you can do to change situations and make healthier decisions about your life and experiences.

Email or call John or Sally to begin individual counseling and a conversation about your life and changes that you want to make. We provide online counseling by phone, video, chat and email to Kentucky residents.
